We stand behind every product we sell. Here is everything you need to know about returns and warranty claims.

General Returns

We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Parts Warranty

Certain parts may carry a manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions — all must be met:

CT14 Garage reserves the right to assess any warranty claim and may require the part to be returned for inspection before a resolution is offered. Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items, consumables, or damage caused by incorrect application.

Parts Sold "As-Is"

Some items are listed and sold "as-is" or "used" — this is clearly indicated in the product listing. These items are final sale: no returns, no refunds, and no warranty. By purchasing an as-is item, you acknowledge that you accept the condition described in the listing.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Contact us first — email [email protected] or LINE @ct14garage with your order number and a description of the issue.

Include photos — attach clear images of the item and its packaging (required for all claims).

Wait for approval — we will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

Ship the item back — send the item to our Bangkok address using a trackable shipping service. Returns sent without prior RMA authorization will not be accepted.
