Quick answers to the most common questions about shipping, delivery, and customs.

We ship to over 160 countries worldwide via DHL Express. You can verify shipping availability for your country during checkout — simply enter your delivery address and real-time DHL rates will be displayed.

Shipping is calculated in real time via the DHL API at checkout, based on the actual weight and dimensions of the packed order and your delivery destination. There are no flat rates or hidden fees — you always see the exact DHL cost before paying.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. DHL Express transit times are typically: Thailand 1–2 days, Southeast Asia 1–3 days, Europe/USA/Canada 3–5 days, Australia/NZ 3–5 days, Latin America 4–7 days. Remote areas and customs clearance may add extra time.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email. You can track your shipment in real time at dhl.com or through the DHL app. Registered customers can also view their order status in their account dashboard.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please: (1) photograph the damage to both the packaging and the item before opening further, (2) note any damage with the DHL courier at delivery, (3) contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will work with DHL to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

The buyer (recipient) is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and cannot be predicted by CT14 Garage. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering, especially for high-value items.

DHL Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes. We can ship to freight forwarder addresses; however, once the shipment is received by the forwarder, CT14 Garage is no longer responsible for the condition of the goods or onward delivery. Please ensure your forwarder can accept DHL Express shipments.

Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or LINE @ct14garage with your order number. Once a DHL waybill has been generated, address changes may incur additional DHL redirect fees.

Customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient. DHL will typically contact you directly to request any additional documentation or payment of import duties. If you need assistance, contact us and we will provide any supporting documents (commercial invoice, product description) that may help clear your shipment.

At checkout, we display all available DHL service options for your destination — you can choose the option that best suits your timeline and budget. DHL Express is our standard offering, but additional services such as same-day or economy may appear depending on your location.
